Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by Webbify.in, a dedicated web design services platform by Keerthi Raj Official.
1. Nature of Services
Webbify.in provides customized digital services including website design, development, and related solutions.
As these services are digital and tailored specifically for each client, refund policies differ from physical product purchases.
2. Project Cancellation
Before Project Commencement
If a client cancels the project before work has started, a refund may be issued after deducting:
Payment gateway charges
Consultation or processing fees (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
After Project Work Has Started
Once the project has started (including design, development, research, or planning):
The advance payment is non-refundable.
No refund will be issued for work completed up to the cancellation date.
This is because resources, time, and effort are allocated exclusively for each client project.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered only if:
The project has not progressed beyond initial stages, and
Both parties mutually agree in writing.
Webbify.in reserves the right to determine refund eligibility.
4. Client Delays or Non-Response
If a client fails to provide required content, approvals, or communication for more than 30 days:
The project may be marked inactive.
No refund will be issued.
Reactivation of the project may require additional charges.
5. Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Webbify.in directly for any billing or service-related concerns before initiating a payment dispute with the payment gateway.
We aim to resolve concerns professionally and fairly.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
